GTS-24 employs a proprietary optical fiber analysis algorithm to detect defects (uneven ends, fragmentation, debris, excessive angles), auto-adjusting welding parameters to limit signal loss to ≤0.04dB and achieve >98% single-weld success. Its system monitors V-groove cleanliness, prompting timely maintenance for optimal weld quality. Integrated environmental sensors and adaptive algorithms ensure consistent, high-performance operation across varied conditions, eliminating manual intervention.
