GTS-20 utilizes a proprietary optical fiber image analysis algorithm to automatically detect defects (uneven end faces, fiber fragmentation, debris, excessive cutting angles) and adjust welding parameters, minimizing anomaly impacts. Signal loss is controlled below 0.04dB, with a one-time welding success rate exceeding 98%. The system monitors V-groove cleanliness, alerting users to clean and recalibrate tools for optimal quality. Integrated temperature and barometric pressure sensors, paired with environmental adaptation algorithms, enable stable, high-performance operation in any condition without manual intervention.
